This role supervises a team within the insurance department dedicated to insurance servicing, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and investor guidelines. The Insurance Manager leads training efforts, maintains procedural documentation, and coordinates the timely processing of insurance-related tasks. Final decision-making authority on insurance matters is deferred to the VP, Insurance; the Insurance Manager provides recommendations, escalates issues, and ensures thorough documentation for VP review.
