Valuer Commercial Real Estate Full Time NEW

Do you have a passion for commercial real estate and experience valuing offices and/or other commercial properties? For our Eindhoven office, we are looking for a Valuer who, with analytical skills, a customer-focused approach, and an entrepreneurial spirit, will contribute to the success of our Valuation & Advisory CRE team in the Southern region.

The V&A CRE team in Eindhoven works closely with colleagues from Industrial & Logistics and Offices, among others. We serve both major international investors and financiers and specialized Dutch institutional clients, including the absolute leaders in the sector. Our valuations and advice are based on sound financial analyses, up-to-date market data, and in-depth regional knowledge.

What are you going to do?

• Carrying out valuations of large-scale commercial real estate objects and portfolios in the Southern region (with an emphasis on offices, but also more broadly within commercial real estate).
• Preparation of valuation reports and financial analyses, with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Intensive customer contact and contributing to maintaining and expanding relationships with both existing and new clients.
• Working with validated calculation models, you translate rental, property, and market data into well-founded advice.
• Depending on your experience: guidance from junior colleagues or guidance from experienced valuers.
• Collaborate with other teams within Cushman & Wakefield, such as Capital Markets and Leasing, giving you broad insight into the market and client issues.

Who will you be working with?

You’ll be part of the Eindhoven regional team within our Valuation & Advisory service line, which consists of approximately 95 professionals across the Netherlands. The team works closely with experienced consultants, data analysts, and assistants. By combining international reach with strong local market knowledge, we deliver top-quality advice to our clients.

Desired profile

We’re looking for a Valuer with strong analytical skills, a customer-focused approach, and who thrives on collaboration. You can translate complex information into clear advice and are eager to further develop yourself and the team.

We ask:

• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree (real estate, economics or finance);
• 2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate valuations, preferably Offices;
• Registered as a Registered Appraiser (RT), or willing to obtain this;
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
• Driving license B.
