You translate this information into impact on the real estate sector and our clients. Now and in five years. By doing so, you open our dialogue with clients and market participants, enabling us to continue making an impact in the future.
Naturally, you ensure that our data is not only accurate but also inspiring. You are its organization-wide quality guardian, turn research into a strategic pillar in client pitches, and devise new services based on your analyses. Because you know: compelling stories start with hard facts.
Through innovative publications and blogs, you provide direction and, together with your team, contribute to the discussion on important societal themes and our market visibility. Additionally, you work on advice yourself and serve as the Research point of contact for our key clients.

What do we offer?
- Salary range between €6,000 and €8,000 per month – depending on experience

Qualifications
What do we ask of you?
- Academic work and level of thinking
- Specialization in real estate, (commercial) economics, economic geography, or urban planning
- Approximately five to eight years of work experience
- Excellent skills with data analysis and systems
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
