You will collaborate with the team in the analysis of the Valuation Report. Your goal will be to learn the valuation process, timing, and assumption. Plus, you’ll be a member of a small collaborative team and you will learn to manage the evaluation process and reports.
Qualifications
- Academic degree in architecture, engineering, or economics
- 1/3 years experience in RE field
- Strong interest in the Real Estate field
- Familiar with evaluation process
- B2 English level
- Familiar with Office Package especially with Excel
- Good attitude to teamwork
- Available for inspections throughout Italy
- Nice to have: reporting activity experience
