Are you an experienced valuer with a keen eye for quality and an entrepreneurial mindset? We are looking for a (Senior) Valuer with a positive drive who wants to work with us to realize our growth ambitions.

The V&A CRE Industrial & Logistics team works (together with Offices) for major globally operating investors/financiers and for specialized Dutch institutional clients, including the absolute leaders within the industry. Our valuations and advice are carefully substantiated by thorough financial analyses and insights from available (internal) market databases. These are further strengthened by current market insights, which we gather daily through intensive contact with colleagues from other service lines, divisions, and countries. In this way, we combine local knowledge with the clout of one of the largest full-service real estate advisors in the world.

What are you going to do?

• As a (Senior) Valuer, you fulfill a multifaceted role with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility. In collaboration with the junior team members, you are (ultimately) responsible for developing valuation models and preparing reports on individual large-scale commercial real estate properties or portfolios in the Netherlands.
• You contribute to the retention and transfer of knowledge within the team, safeguard the continuity of operations, and are actively involved in the guidance and development of a new generation of advisors/valuers.
• You are part of an internationally operating real estate advisor and work closely with specialized teams in other countries, including the cross-border team in London.
• You use advanced and validated calculation models. In doing so, you are able to recognize, interpret, and process rental, property, and market data from various sources into input for these models.
• Our organization has its own research department and continuously conducts market research. Thanks to our strong leasing and capital markets teams, we are closely involved in many transactions. You will leverage this internal expertise to gather, analyze, and apply current market information in your models and reports.
• In addition to carrying out valuation assignments, you make an active contribution to the acquisition of new assignments. You strengthen relationships with existing clients and build a network of new customers.
• Outside of your daily duties, you will have ample opportunity to participate in specialist meetings, project groups, or client programs. In this way, you contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

The Valuation & Advisory service line consists of approximately 95 professionals, divided across three specialisms: Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Living, and Specialist Markets. As one of the largest departments within our company, Valuation & Advisory continues to grow steadily, and we regularly welcome new colleagues. The close-knit team consists of experienced and driven advisors, data analysts, and assistants. By combining our global expertise with local knowledge, we consistently deliver high quality to our clients.

Desired profile

We are looking for an analytical and customer-oriented professional. You are results-oriented and have the commercial insight to effectively capitalize on opportunities. Thanks to your strong communication skills, you are able to persuade others. To take on this challenge with us, you further meet the following requirements:

• Registration as a Registered Valuer (RT), preferably with the GZ and/or RICS endorsement;
• 3 to 8 years of relevant work experience at a full-service or boutique advisor;
• A valid Dutch B driving licence;
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
