As an Assistant Construction Manager at Hines, you will act as the Owner’s Representative, manage all activities associated with the construction of land development projects, such as master-planned communities consisting of single-family homes, townhomes, infrastructure, common areas, and amenities / amenity centers. Depending on career progression and the needs of the office over time, there may be opportunity for involvement as well on the construction of base buildings and/or interior improvements plus miscellaneous capital projects. The core duties of a construction manager for Hines, for any of the market sectors, is adhering to the project schedule, budget, lender and/or ownership (partner) requirements, and managing Assistant Construction Managers and support personnel.
