Role Description

We are GROWING and seeking a polished, driven Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-quality commercial properties in the Austin Market. This role is an on-site position and ideal for a relationship-drive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional tenant experience while maximizing asset performance. You’ll work closely with ownership, tenants, vendors and internal teams to ensure our properties are operating efficiently, maintained to a high standard and positioned for long-term success.

What You’ll Own

• Full operational and financial performance of a portfolio of commercial properties
• High-touch tenant relationships with a focus on retention and experience
• Annual budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
• Vendor partnerships, capital projects, and building standards
• Leadership and development of support staff
• Collaboration with ownership and leasing to maximize asset value
