Job duties
As a fund manager for Japan Income Partners I, a privately placed closed-end fund, or a privately placed income fund under consideration, you will lead all aspects of fund management, including portfolio strategy planning and implementation.
Responsibilities include: creating annual investment plans and budgets
- fund performance analysis and monitoring
- risk-return analysis of investments, holding and selling analysis, and execution
- investor relations, planning Annual Board Meetings, and handling various reports
- supporting the fund management operations of Japan Income Fund, a privately placed open-end fund
- other tasks related to the operation of the Japanese fund management platform
- taking minutes and providing explanations in English at investor meetings; handling Q&A sessions and providing overviews of investment properties in English during property tours.
Eligibility Requirements
- Practical experience in real estate funds (3 years or more)
- Experience in dealing with investors, as well as in property sales and portfolio strategies
- Business English (ability to conduct business in English with stakeholders such as overseas investors)
Desired qualifications:
- Practical experience at an affiliated company or overseas
- Experience in fundraising and reporting targeting overseas investors
