GENERAL SUMMARY
NIC Academy is fast-growing online learning business serving professionals in the senior housing and care industry. Our programs focus on practical, real-world education for operators, investors, lenders, developers, and other professionals working in this sector.
After launching our first certificate programs (focused on valuation and underwriting properties) and validating early demand, NIC Academy is entering its next phase of growth. We are moving from a proof-of-concept phase to scaled growth, and we are building the systems, programs, and learning experiences that will support that expansion.
We’re seeking a Business Development Associate who will own the entire learner sales pipeline—from lead nurturing through program enrollment and completion.

Work is generally remote but when working in the NIC office environment there may be exposure to moderate noise levels. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for six to eight hours daily or prolonged periods of time and includes physical demands associated with a traditional office setting, e.g., walking, standing, communicating, and other physical functions as necessary. Physical requirements of this position include the following:
