Pacific Urban Investors is seeking an Associate, Portfolio Strategy to join its Portfolio Management team in Los Angeles.
This role is designed for a highly analytical professional who wants to build a career in institutional portfolio management. Working alongside senior investment leaders, the Associate will help oversee a national multifamily portfolio valued at more than $8 billion, contributing to portfolio strategy, capital allocation, financing, acquisitions, dispositions, and business planning.
As a member of the Portfolio Management team, the Associate will work closely with leaders across our Asset Management, Acquisitions, Finance, and Research to support strategic decision-making throughout the investment lifecycle. The role offers meaningful responsibility from day one and a clear path toward increasing leadership within the investment platform. This is an on-site role that works from PUI’s West Los Angeles office, 5 days per week.

The compensation plan for this role is commensurate with the skills required for the position. As such, it is comprised of a base salary and an annual performance-based incentive, which is determined upon individual and portfolio performance.
