Nuveen is a global investment manager and the asset management arm of TIAA (Nuveen is not separately publicly traded). Nuveen invests across public and private markets, including fixed income, equities, real estate, real assets/infrastructure & natural capital, private capital, and multi-asset solutions, and reports $1.4T in AUM (as of September 30, 2025) with operations in 32 countries.
