What You’ll Do
- Flag unusual (“non-standard”) terms in RFPs
- Save document (RFP and Lease) turns in the investor specific folder/drive and emails the investor once uploaded.
- Complete the lease brief
- Renewals: Put together the initial LOI/redlines
- Pull together the number’s aspect on quarterly reports
- Compile investor reporting requirements not handled by accounting
- Assist with ad-hoc investor questions or needs.
- Put MLAs in Yardi with guidance from AM.
- Cash flow/distribution forecast for AM review.
- Portfolio Management (BGO, PCCP, Funds)
- Summarizing pipeline in markets
- Summarizing upcoming renewals/expirations, debt maturities, internal development milestones
Who You Are
- College degree with majors in business, finance, accounting or real estate.
- Experience and knowledge of Excel and formulas
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
