Job duties
- Creation of medium- to long-term investment plans and annual budgets for properties held by REITs or private funds, and construction of the necessary infrastructure
- Planning and promotion of measures to improve property profitability.
- Hold-sell analysis of properties, sales, and acquisitions.・Closing operations for sales .
- Investor and internal reporting, etc.

Eligibility Requirements
- Experience in real estate asset management (asset management company, investment bank, bank/insurance company, trading company, etc.)
- Creation and analysis of cash flow models
- 5 years or more of experience
Preferred Conditions
- Experience in real estate sales
- Business English (reading and writing level)
- Experience in people management (regardless of company size)
