The Associate will work across multiple disciplines, including Acquisitions and Asset Management, working closely with experienced investment professionals and receive on-the-job training in each of these fields.
The Associate will provide support in financial modelling and investment analysis of existing assets in the portfolio, and real estate investment opportunities identified by the Australian Real Estate Team. This role will also assist in the preparation of investment recommendations, investment committee papers, asset business plans, and property and fund reporting.
Depending on the individual’s performance, the Associate may be offered a permanent position at the end or during the 22-month program, if they have displayed the required competencies and delivered high quality output. Performance will be assessed throughout the program.
