Responsibilities
YOUR TASKS:
- Independent, holistic management of commercial properties of various uses, with a focus on office and retail space.
- Independent execution of rental management
- Contract management, especially for rental, service and maintenance contracts
- Development of marketing strategies and measures
- Development and implementation of property strategies with a focus on value enhancement opportunities.
- Management and monitoring of service providers (including property management, facility management)
- Independent preparation and updating of property budgets, monitoring of ongoing cash flows, real estate KPIs,
- Creating business plans
- Transfer of new properties from acquisition / project development into portfolio management
- Support and execution of property sales
- Preparation of decision-making templates in German and English for the building owner
Qualifications
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in business administration/economics, or a degree in real estate management or similar.
- Several years of experience in asset and/or property management
- Excellent Excel skills and good knowledge of common MS Office products.
- High affinity for numbers and pronounced analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written and spoken English skills. High level of commitment and a structured and detail-oriented work style.
- Strong teamwork skills
