Job Description
About the Role:
- Business Development: Drive the expansion of our commercial real estate leasing business portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and expanding our market presence.
- Transaction Management: Develop and run transactions with team involvement and surpass revenue targets. Lead, inspire, and guide a team of commercial real estate leasing professionals to achieve and surpass revenue targets, with a strong focus on client engagement & business development.
- Business Strategy: Develop and execute effective business strategies, tactics, and action plans specifically tailored to the commercial real estate market and business growth objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with commercial CRE clients, exceeding their real estate requirements and expectations, and identifying opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Market Expertise: Stay abreast of market trends, competition, and opportunities within the commercial real estate sector, identifying potential areas for business expansion.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of the commercial real estate leasing team, providing regular reports to senior management, with a focus on business development KPIs.
- Budget Oversight: Effectively manage the budget allocated to the commercial leasing department, allocating resources strategically for business growth.
- Business Pitch Presentations: Conduct presentations and negotiations with commercial CRE clients, addressing their unique needs and demonstrating the value of our business development services.
About You:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills.
- Requires advance knowledge of financial terms and principles. Basic understanding of approaches to value of real estate assets.
