The Capital Markets CFO – Risk Analysis – Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Support the monitoring and analysis of market risk exposures, including interest rate risk and spread risk across mortgage, derivatives and funding portfolios.
- Prepare risk reports and dashboards summarizing portfolio risk metrics, trends, and key insights for senior management.
- Perform data analysis and scenario testing to evaluate portfolio sensitivity to market movements.
- Collaborate with teams across Capital Markets, Treasury, and Enterprise Risk Management to ensure consistent risk measurement and reporting.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts for risk analytics and reporting.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Desired Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, R, or SQL.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present analytical findings clearly.
- Experience related to risk management, capital markets, or financial modeling.
- Exposure to fixed income securities, mortgage-backed securities (MBS), or derivatives.
- Knowledge of market risk metrics such as duration and convexity.
