The Montreal office is undergoing an expansion and we are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial, and capable sales professional to join our real estate investment sales team. All applicants must be permanent residents of Canada. All applicants are required to be licensed as a Commercial Real Estate Broker from the OACIQ or in the advanced stage of obtaining their license. A Bachelor’s or Certificate’s degree or significant experience in brokerage is also required.

A day in the life of our agents often includes:

Researching ownership records, market data and industry trends

Prospecting new client relationships and referral sources

Attending networking and industry events

Presenting marketing proposals to clients

Negotiating exclusive listing agreements

Marketing exclusive listings to qualified buyers and negotiating offers

Advising clients on their individualized real estate investment strategies

Requirements:

• Commercial Real estate broker license delivered by the OACIQ or in advanced stage of obtaining the license
• Bachelor’s or Certificate’s degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Entrepreneurial drive
• Ability to make and keep relationships in the market
• Strong computer skills
• Track record of success: sports, personal achievements, or leadership roles
