Commercial Real Estate Agent Contract

Vossvio is partnering with a maximum of 10 real estate professionals per service area and provides participating agents with direct client inquiries. On average, professionals on the platform receive approximately 2–15 client requests per month, depending on market demand and availability. This limited structure allows for fair distribution, consistent support, and a focused local presence. The role is well suited for agents who prefer working with active client requests rather than spending significant time on outbound prospecting. This position is suited for commercial real estate professionals who are comfortable handling inbound client inquiries, advising business owners and investors, and managing transactions independently across leasing, acquisition, and disposition assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to commercial client requests submitted through the Vossvio platform
• Assist clients with leasing, buying, and selling commercial properties (office, retail, industrial, multifamily, or mixed-use, depending on market)
• Qualify client needs including space requirements, budgets, timelines, and investment criteria
• Conduct property tours, site evaluations, and market research
• Prepare financial analyses, lease comparisons, and commercial market insights
• Coordinate and negotiate letters of intent (LOIs), lease terms, and purchase agreements
• Maintain timely, professional communication with assigned client inquiries
• Manage transaction documentation and deal progress using the company CRM

Requirements

• Active real estate license (required)
• Commercial real estate experience preferred (leasing, investment sales, or tenant representation)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple client inquiries independently
• Familiarity with the local commercial real estate market is a plus
