The Coordinator, Asset Management will be responsible for majority of the administrative duties required to support the Asset Management department as well as to serve as the primary backup to the Manager, Operations – Asset Management and serve as the primary administrative person for the Managing Director, Asset Management. This position involves coordination with many departments within Arbor such as Legal, Servicing, Treasury, and Underwriting.
The Coordinator, Asset Management will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Real Estate, Finance, Marketing or Communications.
Experience: Previous administrative or real estate experience is a plus.
