Founded by Scott Kavel in late 2018 after 20+ years financing more than $7 billion in senior housing, skilled nursing and multi-family properties, CREATIVCAP is a robust boutique debt, sales and advisory company that offers a full spectrum of debt and equity solutions across the United States. With previous companies, Kavel sold approximately $1 billion in assets for his customers, but the forming of CREATIVCAP allows him to do what they had been requesting of him for years: directly leading and handling their investment brokerage transactions in addition to satisfying their debt needs.

On the debt side, the company is a correspondent for Greystone (a Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA Lender whose senior housing debt team was built by Kavel), the exclusive correspondent for GG Finance (a mezzanine and equity investor in seniors housing) and a correspondent for Protective Life Insurance Company. CREATIVCAP also has deep relationships with life insurance, banking, CMBS and investor groups and in-house servicing capabilities. On the brokerage side, CREATIVCAP is powered by Fathom Realty.

CREATIVCAP is always seeking to build new relationships with select owners, operators and debt and equity providers; and open to adding customer centric employees looking for servicing, underwriting, analyst and origination positions at a small, powerful and energetic company.
