We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our Commercial Real Estate team in HCMC. Interns will be assigned to support either the Leasing Advisory function or the Research & Consulting Services team, depending on business needs. This internship offers valuable industry exposure and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing Advisory
- Conduct market research and manage data collection through online sources, phone interviews, site inspections, and proprietary databases.
- Participate in site visits and update project information.
- Review property listings, trade journals, and industry reports to track market activity and trends.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, proposals, and client presentations.
- Support property tours, client meetings, and leasing-related activities.
- Maintain and update property databases and client records.
- Undertake administrative tasks and other ad-hoc projects.
Research & Consulting Services
- Conduct market research and manage data collection through online sources, interviews, inspections, and databases.
- Participate in site visits, take photos, and update project information.
- Contribute to quarterly market research reports or bespoke client deliverables.
- Support internal research requests by providing accurate and timely data.
- Prepare proposals, capability statements, and track records for client submissions.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and research databases.
- Provide translation support for standard documents where required.
- Undertake administrative tasks and other ad-hoc research projects.
About You:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Able to provide a university confirmation letter for an internship
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
