Executive Assistant, Investor Relations Full Time

Role and Accountabilities: The successful candidate will be based in Paris. The candidate will work closely with our Paris based IR team as well as other team members in Europe and globally. This role will be responsible for supporting the Paris based IR team and for identifying and supporting the growth of our client base in the EMEA region. The role will involve the support to organise roadshows, data maintenance of our CRM system (JuniperSquare) and data queries, organizing IR client events and sales/marketing campaigns, mapping of institutional client landscape, identifying new client contacts and regular update of selected client marketing material and support. The successful candidate will work closely with other Relationship Managers with responsibility for clients and prospects in the EMEA region as well as with Fund Managers around the world and colleagues in Research & Strategy, ESG and Legal & Compliance in the different regions and businesses. The role will report to one of the Managing Directors, in Investor Relations.

Accountabilities:

• Travel organization for roadshows of our Paris based Relationship Managers
• Maintaining client and prospect lists in JuniperSquare
• Specialist for data queries in JuniperSquare within IR
• Contribute to LaSalle’s capital raising by identifying new client names and contacts
• Responsible for organisation (strategic and operational) of IR client events (e.g. ISA, MIPIM, Expo Real and others).
• Regular update of marketing presentations and coordination with Legal & Compliance
• Review and submissions of selected marketing materials for target prospects
• Support of day-to-day questions from existing clients
• Update on regular basis LaSalle offerings on various consultant platforms such as Prometeia for Italy

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor degree or several years of relevant professional experience;
• A minimum of three (ideally five) years’ experience, preferably in investment management, consulting or marketing;
• The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, capital raising and related activities such as event organisation, client communication and prospect coverage etc. preferably in real estate and/or other asset classes;
• Fluent in French and English;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong sense of team work and ability to work with colleagues remotely and across time zones;
• Client servicing oriented mindset;
• Excellent organisational and time management skills;
• Ability to evolve in a multi-cultural environment within LaSalle and with clients;
• High energy level, pro-active approach and willingness to engage and drive outcomes;
• Ability to work in a results-oriented, project-driven, real-time team environment, prioritize projects, self-start and deliver quality results within tight time constraints;
• Creativity and very high attention to detail and quality, e.g. data accuracy and format;
• Fully proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and CRM applications;
• Thrives in a continuous improvement environment; flexible and adaptable;
• Versatility in the use of data management and systems.
