The Financial Analyst supports portfolio performance through financial analysis, reporting and foundational operational insight. This role plays a key part in evaluating asset level financial performance, monitoring KPIs and assisting with the analytical work that underpins asset reviews. The Analyst helps ensure that asset managers have accurate and timely data to drive decisions and performance discussions.
The role also assists with budgeting, reforecasting, competitive analysis, capital planning and market research. The Analyst prepares materials for portfolio reviews and leadership updates, maintains key systems and supports cross-functional initiatives that reinforce asset performance. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills with interest in real estate asset management.
