Hillwood Energy is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team, responsible for investment underwriting, deal execution, and portfolio management activities. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the financial aspects of Hillwood Energy’s investment endeavors both domestic and international, with a primary focus on our domestic portfolio. You will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, offering substantial exposure to senior management. Reporting to a Senior Associate with a dotted line reporting relationship to the EVP of Finance, you will need to demonstrate a strong aptitude for quantitative analysis and modeling, coupled with practical business acumen. Our entrepreneurial culture provides diverse opportunities, including underwriting oil & gas prospects, financial structuring, equity and debt financing, and deal negotiation, much like what is typically encountered in a private equity environment.
