Our current long-term CFO is planning to retire in the next 6-9 months providing an opening for a capable and motivated individual. We are seeking a CFO to grow with us into the
dominant regional development company in our market niche. The substantial demand for this real estate product is proven and consistently resilient to cyclic real estate markets.
As an investor and committed team member, our current CFO remains on-call for help, consultation, and training. He has created and refined a custom and robust financial model
designed for this special real estate niche.
Cloudloft’s focus on small office development has propelled us to a market leadership in this “hidden” sector. Cloudloft’s current small market share of 38% is anticipated to reach 48% or more during the next ten years. Cloudloft’scontinued success is the impetus for our expansion plan along with a sustainable company. The strategy centers on Cloudloft’s commitment to consistent, high returns for our investor/partners.
Cloudloft is the leading developer of small office condominium projects in North Texas.
Cloudloft builds for-sale, single-story condominium office parks across the DFW metro market.
Cloudloft has delivered over 500 office condominium units in 125 buildings across 14 developed parks. Investors have received an average return multiple of 2.0x.
Cloudloft’s business plan is simple: Deliver high value small office condominiums at scale to meet demand.
The Chief Financial Officer for Cloudloft is responsible for all company and project development finances and the ongoing implementation and management of Cloudloft’s 10-year strategic plan.
The CFO directs all financial reporting, regulatory filings, investor report data and necessary lender requirements. The CFO directs company and project budgeting and oversees all day-to-day fiscal operations.
The CFO provides development project modeling including due diligence and “back of the envelope” modeling to test new project opportunities. For high priority projects the CFO generates comprehensive projections and analysis with detailed cost estimates. During project development the CFO maintains an integrated portfolio model. The CFO monitors and recommends changes to the financial strategy to continually enhance investor returns and company profits.
The CFO reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
