Leasing Agent – Commercial Real Estate (Full-Time) | Boston, MA Full Time NEW

Commercial Group is hiring a full-time Leasing Agent for our Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions team in Boston, MA.

Show the space, screen the tenant, and sign the lease that fills the building.

What you’ll do

Call and follow up with prospective tenants and property owners
Email leads and schedule and run property showings
Screen tenant applications
Coordinate with property management on lease terms and unit availability
Requirements

USA-based: active MA, NY, CT, PA and/or RI real estate salesperson’s license (or eligible to obtain one), plus prior real estate/leasing experience
Overseas/VA: strong phone experience and excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable on the phone all day and consistent with follow-ups
Organized, able to juggle multiple active showings and applicants at once
Nice to have

Relevant degree
Prior leasing experience
Familiarity with CoStar, LoopNet, or similar listing platforms
Compensation

USA-based: commission-only, approximately 2% of lease value, with earning potential of $80,000 to $120,000+ per year
Overseas/VA: $400/month base plus 0.5% commission on lease value (structure detailed in offer email)
