About the Role
Hire & Fly is hiring on behalf of a leading AI research organization seeking experienced Real Estate Professionals to help train and refine next-generation AI systems. This full-time role involves applying your real estate expertise to support the development of advanced machine learning models that understand real-world property markets, valuations, leasing, and negotiation processes.
As an AI Real Estate Tutor, you will help bridge the gap between domain knowledge and technology — providing structured data, insights, and professional evaluations that shape how AI models comprehend and replicate real estate decision-making. You’ll work with researchers and engineers to refine annotation tools, analyze datasets, and contribute to innovative AI-driven projects.
Key Responsibilities
Use proprietary software to label, annotate, and analyze real estate data for AI training.
Provide expert insights on topics including property valuation, leasing, negotiation, and market trends.
Collaborate with research and engineering teams to improve annotation workflows and data accuracy.
Evaluate complex real estate scenarios with precision, consistency, and sound professional judgment.
Adapt to evolving task requirements and project goals in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
Requirements
Proven professional experience in real estate, leasing, rentals, or property management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows effectively.
Demonstrated interest in innovation and the intersection of real estate and technology.
Preferred Qualifications
Active real estate license or property management certification.
Prior experience mentoring, teaching, or training in real estate or leasing practices.
Familiarity with AI tools, data annotation, or digital workflow platforms.
Comfortable recording short audio or video sessions for data or content evaluation.
Work Environment
Fully remote, or optionally hybrid from the organization’s Palo Alto, CA office.
U.S.-based applicants must reside outside of Wyoming and Illinois.
Typical hours: 9:00am–5:30pm PST during onboarding, then aligned with your local time zone.
Personal computer required (Chromebook, macOS 11+, or Windows 10+).
Reliable smartphone and high-speed internet connection required.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive annual salary between $90,000 and $200,000, depending on experience and location.
International compensation available upon request.
Access to medical and other benefits, based on region.
Opportunity to contribute to high-impact AI initiatives transforming the real estate industry.
Application Process
Submit your resume.
Participate in a brief 20-minute introductory interview.
Complete a real estate data evaluation exercise.
Finalists will take part in a team discussion and review of their expertise.
The full hiring process typically concludes within one week.
