Job duties
Overall portfolio management duties at Japan Development Partners
- Assisting with fund management through collaboration with land acquisition, project management, leasing teams, etc.
- Fund performance analysis and monitoring
- Risk and return analysis of investment projects, consideration of sale (Hold-Sell Analysis), execution support, etc.
- Investor relations, IC memo creation, various reporting support
Other duties related to the operation of the Japanese portfolio management platform
Work after joining the company
Immediately after joining the company
- you will acquire the basics of portfolio management under the guidance of an OJT mentor.
- In addition to understanding our platform, you will learn the roles of each department and the content of reporting to investors and the global team, and promote daily portfolio management operations.
Afterwards
- your area of responsibility will be determined according to your experience and aptitude.
Eligibility Requirements
- Practical experience in a real estate-related company, or practical experience in investment or project finance
- Basic financial modeling skills (DCF analysis, valuation, IRR calculation, etc.)
Desired qualifications:
- Experience in dealing with investors, as well as in property sales, fund formation, and management
- Experience in an English-speaking environment (including studying abroad during student years)
- Interest in and experience in team managemen
