Our Treasury & Capital Markets summer intern will join a team of corporate finance and treasury professionals at a results-focused public real estate investment trust (“REIT”).
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with projects that gain valuable insights into core finance, accounting, and business fundamentals
- Learn financial analysis, financial statements analysis, capital markets, internal treasury functions
- Complete projects using Excel, Power Point, and other reporting software
- Learn effective business communication and presentation skills
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a undergraduate college project, preferably in finance or real estate
- Desire to learn more about the financial aspects of a REIT
- Be able to be onsite at our headquarters in Indianapolis for up to 40 hours a week for 10 weeks
