The Investment Officer is an externally focused investment professional responsible for sourcing, developing, and advancing acquisition and investment opportunities across the healthcare real estate landscape. Working closely with the Senior Vice President, Business Development and Senior Investment Officers (SIOs), this role develops and executes a targeted business development strategy to build relationships, generate a robust transaction pipeline, and support both near‑ and long‑term growth objectives. The role partners cross‑functionally to advance transactions from initial sourcing through execution and closing. Key responsibilities include:
