Your primary focus will be valuing rented residential complexes. You’ll work alongside a fellow Registered Valuer on assignments ranging from acquisition to completion and aftercare. You’ll work for the largest and most prominent residential investors and housing corporations, with both Dutch and international clients, with whom you’ll build long-term relationships wherever possible. Occasionally, you might consider a single rented property, a shop, or office space, but the core of your work will involve valuing large residential portfolios and processing vast amounts of data. Accuracy and a critical approach to content are paramount. You’ll continuously seek ways to improve efficiency, ensuring continuity while also providing your clients with more time to provide high-quality advice. This will make your work more enjoyable and contribute to one of our most important goals: sustainable partnerships that prioritize our clients.
