Real Estate Analyst/Associate (Retail & Mixed-Use)

Salary Range $90–120k | Los Angeles, CA (4 days/week in person)

Based in Los Angeles, we’re growing our small, high-performing team and looking for a Real Estate Analyst/Associate to join our team who’s wired for precision and thrives in intensity.
In this role, you’ll work across asset management, acquisitions and advisory engagements, digging into complex problems, building airtight models, and driving insights that directly influence investment and portfolio decisions.

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or something equally analytical.
– 1–3 years of experience in real estate financial analysis, acquisitions, or asset management.
– Advanced Excel modeling skills — you check every formula twice and still don’t trust yourself until it’s right.
– Solid underwriting reps that allow you to hit the ground running from day one.
– Proficiency in ARGUS Enterprise. You know your way around a rent roll, lease abstract, and cash flow like it’s second nature.
– PowerPoint as a storytelling tool. You can distill complex analysis into clear, compelling investment memos and consulting-style decks that drive decisions.
– Relentless curiosity, grit, a “figure it out” attitude, and a ton of good energy that adds to our culture.
