Our Management Associate Program offers a comprehensive and structured 18-month fast-track development in business management that aims to provide talented MBA graduates with diverse experience in various business aspects, as well to develop core competencies and skills in an accelerated environment to build on a career in the financial markets.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

- Ongoing Mentorship and peer support– you will be paired with a dedicated mentor from the Investments organization for guidance throughout the program, as well as being able to learn from like-minded peers.
- Excellent leadership career development path – post completion of Program you will be placed in a mid-level career role within Invesco, with continuous development plan as part of career support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA graduate with outstanding academic achievement, with 2 to 4 years related working experience.
- Excellent communication skills with both written and verbal language ability in English and Chinese (Mandarin), additional Asian language is a definite advantage.
- Must have strong interests in developing a career in the financial markets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly adaptable, flexible and forward-thinking; result oriented.
- Independent, positive, with high learning ability and curiosity.
- High degree of literacy in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
