Commercial Real Estate Agent Full Time

As a commercial real estate agent you will be required to help PD Properties and tenants research and find new property, negotiate leases and sales, and sublease excess space.

Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the end-to-end management of deals for the sale of commercial properties, ensuring a positive client experience
• Act as the main point of contact between property owners and prospective buyers to ensure a fair dealing for all parties
• Assist in promoting PD properties for sale, and offer advice to interested buyers
• Negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork (contracts, deeds, leases, etc.) prior to the sale of a commercial property
• Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties
• Conduct research on the local market and stay up-to-date on industry trends

Skills and Qualifications

• Bilingual in Chinese or Korean required
• New York State licensure required
• Strong networking and persuasive skills
• Good communication skills
• Computer skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Compensation

Commission-based compensation, percentages range commensurate with experience
