Acquisitions & Asset Management Associate — Axim Real Estate Partners Full Time NEW

Axim Real Estate Partners is a New York City-based real estate investment firm, partnered with a multi trillion institution on acquiring 421a tax-abated multifamily properties. We’re hiring a foundational hire who will work directly with the founders across acquisitions and asset management, with the opportunity to grow into a senior role quickly as the platform scales.

This is not a typical analyst seat. You’ll underwrite deals, manage assets, and be pulled into whatever the business needs that week — finance, operations, diligence, vendor and broker relationships. If you like structure and a fixed lane, this isn’t it. If you want outsized responsibility early and the ability to shape how a growing platform runs, it is.

What you’ll do

Underwrite and evaluate acquisition opportunities across NYC multifamily
Support due diligence, closing, and transition-to-ownership on new deals
Manage day-to-day asset performance across the portfolio
Build and maintain financial models, reporting, and tracking systems
Take on whatever else the business needs — this role will evolve fast

Who you are

2–3 years of experience in real estate,
An entrepreneurial self-starter who needs minimal direction and takes ownership without being asked twice
Extremely organized — you build your own systems rather than relying on someone else’s
Sharp and quick — both technically (modeling, analysis) and in reading people and situations
Fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and similar) as a working habit, not a novelty
Hungry to grow — this role has a real path to a senior position for the right person, fast
