This Senior Investment Associate will play a critical role in sourcing, underwriting and management of investments. In this role, the Senior Associate has the opportunity to use existing background and career experience, while also developing new skills involving financial analysis spanning the capital structure. Transaction experience will include the sourcing, structuring, negotiation, and documentation of senior debt, subordinated debt, and structured equity transactions.
What you will bring
- 2-4 years of investment banking, project finance or similar experience
- Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
What will set you apart
- Experience within the power, energy, or infrastructure sectors
- Specific knowledge of project and structured finance transactions
- Participation in the Chartered Financial Analysts® (CFA) program
- An MBA or relevant graduate degree
