Private Wealth Solutions – Investor Services, Analyst Full Time

The Investor Services Analyst should have 1 + years of industry experience and should exhibit strong technical and analytical skills as well as exceptional communication skills. Candidates should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail oriented, team-oriented individuals committed to finding creative and innovative solutions who thrive on challenge in a dynamic environment. Specific responsibilities include:

• Support the client coverage team and business initiatives
• Field inquiries from financial advisors & internal sales teams on Blackstone investment offerings
• Assist with placing transactions in good order, by reviewing paperwork and communicating with financial advisors
• Provide financial advisors with ad hoc client statements and tax documentation
• Confirm pending orders on a proactive or requested basis
• Liaise with other Blackstone business units, transfer agents, and other third-party service providers relating to client inquiries, problem resolution and reconciliations
• Identify and document operational procedures for ongoing fund maintenance on various platforms
• Develop strong understanding of distribution partners’ operational platforms and processes and become resident Blackstone expert for advisors
• Assist financial advisors with problem resolution of account opening, maintenances and other inquiries related to client onboarding, servicing and client retention (deadlines, platform questions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions)
• Assist in ad hoc projects / research to support PWS business initiative

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years of financial industry experience
• Possess strong technical and analytical skills
• Strong computer and excel skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
• Ability to identify and summarize issues and recommendations
• Ability to work efficiently against deadlines
• Highly driven and proactive with the ability to take initiative
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment
• Enthusiastic, adaptive, collaborative, and proactive
• Strong understanding of the high net worth and financial advisor operating model
• Knowledge of alternative investment fund and operational terms is helpful
• Able to develop strong working relationships with colleagues, teams, and clients
