The Real Estate Analyst position is an opportunity that will expose the individual to all aspects of the multi-family commercial real estate industry. In this unique role, you will have an opportunity to learn the fundamental aspects of both debt and equity platforms. You will have dual reporting into both the Acquisition and the Asset Management Departments where you will gain diverse experience in both the front-end acquisition and underwriting space as well as post-close Asset Management.
The Real Estate Analyst will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Acquisitions/Underwriting
Asset Management
Education: Bachelor’s degree in real estate and/or finance (MBA or Masters in Real Estate preferred, but not required)
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, finance and/or investment banking.
