The role is responsible for supporting the regional end-to-end delivery of commercial and finance activities for a globally recognized banking & financial services sector client to support and enable the achievement of their real estate goals.
About the Role:
- Responsible for the delivery of the client’s annual budget & monthly forecasting for the nominated region.
- Provide clear and concise commercial analytics to respective stakeholders, including directors, account directors and operational managers.
- Ensure the timely delivery and presentation of client’s monthly, quarterly and annual management reports, including the following key aspects.
- Encourage and develop a culture of knowledge sharing to facilitate transfer of best practice within the team and broader finance group.
- Understanding and ability to solve for/seek support on complex taxation issues across GCNA with regards to WHT, VAT and other applicable taxes.
About You:
- Professional Qualification (CA/CPA/CIMA preferred, CFA also considered).
- Strong commercial background, stakeholder engagement and exposure with senior management.
- Understanding of Facilities Management/Workplace Services advantageous.
- Experience within the property/real-estate industry at a regional level.
- Ability to travel as necessary throughout the APAC region.
