Senior Real Estate Underwriter / Investment Analyst (Contract / Remote) Full Time NEW

About the Role: Valore is an established real estate investment firm focusing on Multifamily and Value-Add assets in the US. We are seeking a Senior Underwriter to act as our “Gatekeeper” and lead the financial analysis for our acquisition pipeline. We are NOT looking for a junior analyst to plug numbers. We need a seasoned professional who can challenge assumptions, identify risks, and present a clear thesis to our Investment Committee.

The Opportunity: This is a flexible, contract-based role (per deal or monthly retainer) ideal for a high-level professional seeking significant deal flow exposure.

What You’ll Do:

• Rigorous Underwriting: Build and manipulate dynamic financial models (Excel/Argus) for Multifamily & Value-Add acquisitions.
• Risk Analysis: Perform deep sensitivity analysis and stress testing on deal assumptions (Cap rates, construction costs, rent growth).
• Market Verification: Validate broker assumptions against real market data independently.
• Investment Committee: Prepare Investment Memos and defend your analysis directly to the CEO and Head of Transactions.

Who You Are:

• Experienced: 4+ years of dedicated underwriting experience (Private Equity or Institutional background preferred).
• Opinionated: You are comfortable pushing back on Deal Leads when the numbers don’t make sense.
• Technically Elite: You dream in Excel waterfalls and complex equity structures.
