Summary
Growing and forward-thinking Real Estate Investment Manager with $1 B of AUM, and over $2 B of equity raised, is looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to elevate our brand and drive institutional capital-raising efforts within the real estate investment landscape. This individual will craft compelling narratives across digital and print media, develop standout pitch decks, and ensure our marketing materials reflect the sophistication of our investment strategies. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, investment, and asset management teams—supporting all facets of institutional marketing for a growing platform. In this role, the Marketing Manager will help elevate the firm’s presence in the marketplace and support the firm’s goals to raise over $1B of targeted capital in the next two years for investment in real estate equity and debt and will assist in developing the strategic channels and opportunities to reach institutional, foreign, and other qualified investors.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:
– Design and produce persuasive, visually compelling pitch decks for institutional prospects and consultant audiences
– Develop and maintain high-impact marketing materials, including fact sheets, thought leadership, and performance updates tailored to real estate investment strategies (core, value-add, opportunistic, and/or RE debt)
– Assist with consultant database submissions, ensuring timely and accurate data across platforms
– Oversee the corporate website, keeping content fresh, brand-aligned, and optimized for institutional audiences
– Support the RFP and DDQ processes by crafting well-formatted, articulate responses that align with the firm’s voice and investment philosophy
– Maintain and evolve a content library of marketing assets, including design templates, firm overviews, and case studies
– Assist in the content generation and final delivery of all reporting materials, including quarterly financial reports and internal and third-party ESG reporting
– Track investor feedback and market trends to refine positioning and marketing strategy
– Seek and manage opportunities for the firm to participate in industry conferences, events, and sponsorships—positioning the brand to elevate its visibility and cultivate relationships with potential institutional investors
– Manage and grow the firm’s digital presence, including LinkedIn and other appropriate communication channels, to amplify brand visibility and share thought leadership with the institutional investment community
– Produce and promote thought-provoking webinars and support the strategic marketing and delivery of the firm’s open Annual Meeting forum to engage investors and elevate the firm’s brand in the marketplace
– Represent marketing in investor meetings, internal planning sessions, and real estate industry events

Qualifications
– Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
– 2+ years of marketing experience in real estate investment management, private equity, or institutional asset management
– Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow)
– Strong visual communication skills and ability to translate investment data into polished, audience-appropriate materials
– Experience managing consultant databases (e.g., Market Lens, Preqin, Real Capital Analytics).
– Familiarity with institutional investor dynamics—pension funds, endowments, consultants, and investment boards
– Exceptional project management, writing, and editing abilities
– Strategic thinker with high attention to design detail and brand consistency
– Self-starter who thrives in a deadline-driven, collaborative environment
– Passionate about real estate markets and investment storytelling
