Responsibilities
YOUR TASKS:
- Support in implementing the real estate and investment strategy for a portfolio with different types of use.
- Creation and further development of business plans, budgets, cash flow models, as well as profitability and scenario analyses.
- Analysis of the economic performance of the properties / Identification of optimization potentials for sustainable value increase.
- Participation in the management of property managers, facility managers and other service providers, as well as follow-up of agreed measures.
- Support with leasing, including preparation of rental offers, lease agreements and marketing measures.
- Preparation of reports, presentations and decision-making documents for owners, investors, banks and internal committees in German and English.
- Supporting contract, risk and compliance management, as well as ensuring adherence to internal processes and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting market, competitive and data analyses as well as preparing decision-making bases for asset management.
- Participation in acquisition and sale processes as well as in the acquisition of new investments in asset management.
- Close collaboration with national and international investors, financing partners and internal departments as a reliable contact for asset-related issues.
Qualifications
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- A successfully completed apprenticeship as a real estate agent; alternatively, a completed university degree in business administration with a focus on real estate management.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the real estate sector with a focus on asset management, leasing or similar, as well as relevant experience in reporting / controlling.
- Mastery of the professional tools for the commercial and legal management of commercial real estate, including service provider selection, management and control.
- Excellent Excel skills and good knowledge of common MS Office products.
- High affinity for numbers and pronounced analytical thinking skills
- Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
- High level of commitment and a structured and detail-oriented work style
- Strong teamwork skills as well as organizational and communication skills
