Senior Analyst / Associate Director, Valuation & Advisory Full Time

We are looking for an experienced real estate valuation professional to strengthen our team at one of the world’s leading real estate consulting firms.

Your tasks include the valuation of individual properties and large portfolios across Finland (office, retail, shopping center, public services, hotel, logistics and residential properties). You are also responsible for the implementation of market analyses, profitability reviews and strategic advisory projects , working at the customer interface and participating in sales and service development tasks. In addition, the Associate Director role includes mentoring younger colleagues, quality assurance and participating in team development.

We require:

• Several years of experience in real estate valuation – the more specific level of the role (Senior Analyst / Associate Director) will be determined by your experience
• AKA/KHK authorization
• Strong analytical skills and in-depth understanding of valuation methods, cash flow modeling and real estate markets
• Ability to work independently and manage complex assignments
• Excellent communication and interaction skills and a customer-oriented approach to work
• Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Our customer base is international, so we expect not only fluent Finnish but also good English skills.
