Responsibilities
YOUR TASKS:
- Management of commercial properties (including offices, hotels and retail) and their users
- Proactive contract management, especially of rental, service and maintenance contracts.
- Development of marketing strategies and measures
- Preparation of rental offers and rental agreements (as well as property viewings with potential tenants)
- Identification and realization of development potentials of real estate as well as cost reduction opportunities in the area of ancillary costs.
- Strategic and operational property management in coordination with the owner (owner’s representative)
- Management and monitoring of property or facility managers and other external service providers
- Budget preparation and assumption of budget responsibility, including ongoing cash flow monitoring.
- Assistance with the creation of business plans, reporting and controlling
- Preparation of project reports for internal and external purposes in German and English
- Corporate Compliance Control
- Preparation of decision-making templates for the owners in German and English
Qualifications
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed commercial studies in the field of real estate management or comparable qualification
- Relevant experience in the asset classes office, hotel, retail; furthermore, experience in other asset classes such as residential and logistics is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets and value-oriented asset management
- Experience in managing business plans and in collaborating with internal reporting/finance teams.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and strong decision-making skills
- Excellent analytical skills and proficient use of Excel; strong communication skills and confident demeanor towards internal and external stakeholders; hands-on mentality
- Very good German and English skills
