This is your task:
- Valuation of commercial and residential properties based on national and international procedures
- Conducting site visits
- Preparation of acquisition reports, development appraisals and scenario analyses
- Analysis of economic and real estate-specific data
- Independent preparation of market value appraisals
Qualifications
You bring the following with you:
- Motivated, team-oriented, flexible and resilient
- Successfully completed studies or a comparable real estate-specific qualification
- Good English skills
- Excellent computer skills (especially MS-Excel, Argus Enterprise and/or LORA are desirable)
- Several years of professional experience in the field of real estate valuation
- Assessment-specific qualifications such as HypZert (F) or MRICS are desirable.
