The Senior Financial Analyst provides advanced analytical support and plays a critical role in developing the financial and operational insights that guide portfolio management. This role builds and maintains financial models, interprets financial and operating data submitted by operators or tenants, and analyzes KPIs and market dynamics to understand performance drivers. The Senior Analyst partners closely with asset managers to ensure decisions are grounded in accurate, timely, and strategic analysis.
In addition, this role supports core portfolio processes including reforecasting, strategic evaluations, capital planning, transition support, and recurring performance reviews. The Senior Analyst prepares polished, executive-ready materials for leadership discussions, board updates, and cross-functional forums. This role is well suited for someone who can connect analytical detail to broader business context and communicate insights with clarity and precision.
