The Senior Real Estate & Facilities Analyst is responsible for ensuring the efficient management of the real estate portfolio and facilities operations, guaranteeing legal compliance, cost control, and excellence in office infrastructure in Brazil. This position plays a strategic role in contract negotiation, supplier management, and project execution.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on relevant projects, such as implementing new spaces and improving corporate environments, as well as directly contributing to operational efficiency and employee experience. Success in this role requires an analytical profile, organization, and strong interpersonal skills.
The professional will be responsible for contract management and project coordination, collaborating with internal areas, suppliers, and various stakeholders in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
How will you help us build a confident future (key responsibilities)?
- Manage real estate contracts, including negotiating new properties, renewals, and controlling costs (rent, energy, and associated expenses);
- Coordinate projects and construction (new offices and retrofits), monitoring schedules, physical progress, and financial performance;
- To oversee the regularization of properties, including permits, fire safety certificates, and municipal registrations, in conjunction with internal departments and public agencies;
- Manage facilities operations, including suppliers, contracts, payments, and support to internal areas;
- Develop and monitor financial controls, indicators, and management reports for the real estate portfolio;
- Coordinate internal processes and corporate tools (such as Ariba, TPRM, PR, and Pagnet).
What you need to succeed (necessary qualifications)
- Solid experience in Real Estate and/or Facilities, with expertise in contract management and corporate office operations;
- Experience in supplier management, budget control, and administrative/financial routines;
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis, control, and report generation;
- Experience in creating dashboards and management reports;
- Familiarity with digital tools and technology solutions applied to productivity (including automation and data analysis);
- Analytical and organized profile, with good communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and simultaneous demands.
