Overview

Support the Senior Risk Manager Real Estate in the production, investigation, documentation and reporting of the risk and valuation data within the real assets/private markets fund management business of Invesco

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Production of risk analyses and assessment of results; support in the response to ad-hoc queries from internal/external stakeholders
  • Production of risk reports and presentation to relevant bodies
  • Realization of Stress-testing and Back-testing analyses, preparation and presentation of reports to relevant bodies
  • Preparation/review of risk management data-sets for regulatory purposes (e.g.: AIFMD, CSSF reports, etc.)
  • Oversight of the investment valuation process from a risk management perspective; review of investments valuations and preparation/presentation of reports for relevant bodies
  • Participation in the enhancement of policies/processes/procedures within the real assets/private markets fund business of Invesco
  • Involvement in the set-up process for new products

Work Experience / Knowledge:

  • Previous solid experience within real assets/risk management areas
  • Solid financial/economic background
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments and investment funds with a focus on alternative assets classes
  • Understanding of AIFMD is an asset
  • Fluent in English; German/French is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • VBA programming skills are a plus
