Your Responsibilities
- Independently preparing valuation reports and appraisals in both Polish and English
- Managing valuation projects independently, including portfolio valuations
- Conducting property inspections across Poland
- Maintaining and developing relationships with clients
- Collecting transactional data and conducting real estate market analyses
- Collaborating closely with the internal team
Our Requirements
- Higher education (preferred fields: economics, law, technical disciplines such as geodesy, spatial planning, etc.)
- Certified Property Valuer license (Rzeczoznawca Majątkowy)
- REV and RICS qualifications are a strong advantage
- 3–5 years of professional experience in valuing commercial real estate, including portfolios
- Strong report writing skills in both Polish and English
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, including Macros)
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- High attention to detail, reliability, and timely execution
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Programming skills (e.g., Visual Basic, Python) are a plus
- Experience with GIS mapping applications (e.g., QGIS) is an asset
